Overall Satisfaction with Fonality
I have been using Fonality for a few months now and have enjoyed the services it comes with. I have been able to integrate other CRMs with this phone system to work within each other. I would have spent twice as much going with a local provider with less features and am glad we made the switch.
- Record all feature allows me to record every conversation made from each user.
- Enjoy using the HUD.
- Works well with Salesforce.
- Would like to see more support on the third party app side. For example with Salesforce it was not working as intended at first but got it working within a week. I would like to have seen a shorter resolution time frame.
- A more user friendly control panel. The UI takes a little time to get used to.
- I can't think of any other areas.
- It has helped us track performance by individuals and groups.
- We have won more deals by being able to reference back to recordings and come up with alternative solutions that would work more quickly.
- The ability to train from past recordings by listening and learning what works well and what does not.
Fonality is quick to set up with little knowledge of phone systems. The price is very competitive compared to the features that you get. I was referred by a friend who works at a competitor of Fonality and told me that based on what we need and what his company offered I would be better off going with Fonality.
