Overall Satisfaction with FormAssembly

We use FormAssembly to process all our interactions with our applicants and their requests for beds from our non-profit. Using FormAssembly has allowed us to quickly and easily process literally thousands and thousands of applications and requests coming in from all over the US and Canada. We also use FormAssembly to collect requests and orders internally.

Pros

  • Organize our requests and orders
  • Integrate with Salesforce seamlessly
  • Clean and easy exports

Cons

  • A little bit smoother on integration with 3rd party software
  • Little more friendly in the design stages
  • More options for signature collection - allowing to insert actual signature, etc.
  • Major impact on reporting for our organization
  • Easily report and see results from FormAssembly
  • Easily update and use the survey collection
Overall, it's such a clean and easy to use interface. Easy to build, design, and arrange a survey or form collection. Using FormAssembly makes it easy to share and see all the information that we need to operate on a daily basis. A little more effort to do some in depth designs, but overall an easy lift.

FormAssembly has been pivotal in our organization. It seems every process or form we start, we always ask how we can do it in FormAssembly. It's easy to use, easy to release, and allows us to accomplish our non-profit's mission. The future growth of our organization is closely tied to our using FormAssembly!
