Overall Satisfaction with FormAssembly

We use FormAssembly for everything from event registration and donations to collecting research data from farmers across the MidAtlantic region. We needed a solution that was simple enough to implement ourselves, but robust enough to grow with our organization. We connect some fields and forms to Salesforce, but not all.

Cons

  • User interface for workflows is still really complicated and not super intuitive
  • Increased collaboration (e.g. adding notes on the form outline for future me)
  • Formula builder for in-form calculations (Java)
  • With just one tool, we can do it all. We don't need multiple survey tools.
  • User interface means no coding, so we can create in house. No need to hire external consultants.
It's very user friendly. Point and click. Formula builders (almost) everywhere you need it. When we do hit a roadblock, FormAssembly's support team is incredibly responsive and able to point us in the right direction and offer useful support.
FormAssembly is able to handle all of the above, with better pricing and support.

FormAssembly works great for us for every use case! Simple internal questionnaires to complex multi-page forms collecting sensitive data. We really love all the features available to use through FormAssembly along with a generally excellent user interface. We can customize almost everything, but don't have to code anything! HIghly recommend FormAssembly!
