Overall Satisfaction with FullStory
Fullstory is really helpful especially when a customer reports an issue which is non-reproducable. Instead of having back & forth conversation with the customer and trying to get more information, we can easily review the steps which the user has taken and find out if it's a user error or an actual bug and escalate the issue accordingly.
- Being able to filter the session by user specific
- Able to customise the date range and view past session
- Able to forward / pause the session or rewatch
- Able to filter by topic/word specific
- Would be helpful if we can see the error pop up message because the issue description is mostly highlighted there and we can't see what it says
- Having unlimited sessions for unlimited time
- Definitely improved bug identification and resolution
