Overall Satisfaction with G Suite
G Suite has been a game changer for us; we used it to manage our own in-house mail server and this is so much easier.

- Login in to manage users process is clunky.

- Allows us to onboard staff very quickly and easily.
- We found G Suite much easier to use, and cheaper to run.
- Although technically Zimbra should be cheaper once you factor in hardware costs, upgrades and sysops time G Suite wins hands down.
- It also provides a level of redundancy that Zimbra couldn't. We use to use a backup mail spool if the office connectivity failed but this was clunky and not always reliable.
