Overall Satisfaction with Gainsight CS

Gainsight provides a centralized area for truth regarding everything customer related. It ensures visibility and continuity and metric tracking. We also use dashboards to visualize our customer health

Pros

  • Easy to log activities
  • Easy to view my Book of Business and pertinent info without context switching
  • I like how it's both tracking and managing timeline as well as dashboard metric capabilities

Cons

  • I know our org is trying to get AI enabled
  • Easier access to non-Gainsight licensed users
It's clean and simple and intuitive

I think the biggest thing is set up of Gainsight for the org. If its done well, then it is easy to use and access and manage customers
