Overall Satisfaction with Giftbit

We are using it for fulfillment on a project by project basis.
  • Simple interface
  • Low cost of entry
  • Easy for one off campaigns
  • The credits system is a bit complex
  • Ease of use
  • Great customer service
  • Able to do in small batches
  • We now have an easy way to do these fulfillments
  • It's easy to set up an account
  • It alleviates privacy issues on our end
This was a smaller cost of entry, and much easier.

It's really great if you're doing something like a survey, and want to be able to send out incentives. Especially if you don't do a lot of surveys over the year, and don't need a more complicated system. We were able to link it up with our survey, and have the choice to automatically send them out, or do it manually daily.

We also found a great for small focus group fulfillment, because it can be hard to find a way to do small batches, and this is the perfect system for it.
