Overall Satisfaction with Gist

I use Gist as a first contact point with my users. After starting the conversation, I use Gist to define the user's needs by tagging them, and I try to convert free users into paying customers.
  • Tagging users.
  • Automation.
  • Drip campaign.
  • Forms. Currently there is a need for a html/css to create and manage them.
  • Email templates are currently very limited.
  • Gist helps to convert free users into paying customers. I estimate that my conversion rate has improved at least 35 to 40 % since I adopted Gist.
I preferred to have my users on a different platform (Gist) which is more a combination of a CRM and a targeted email list. In this way, I can automate and send targeted emails campaigns, drip campaigns, and behavioral campaigns.
Suited to any online business which has developed free content, e.g. lead magnets, and wants to categorize users and convert them into paying customers. Creating free content and not capturing/monitoring the user is not worth the effort.
