Overall Satisfaction with Gist
I use Gist as a first contact point with my users. After starting the conversation, I use Gist to define the user's needs by tagging them, and I try to convert free users into paying customers.
- Tagging users.
- Automation.

- Forms. Currently there is a need for a html/css to create and manage them.

- Gist helps to convert free users into paying customers. I estimate that my conversion rate has improved at least 35 to 40 % since I adopted Gist.
I preferred to have my users on a different platform (Gist) which is more a combination of a CRM and a targeted email list. In this way, I can automate and send targeted emails campaigns, drip campaigns, and behavioral campaigns.
