Gist is deployed on our website and allows different messaging on different pages.
- Gist is a great Chat feature used on our site.
- Gist Chat is customizable for different pages.
- Gist alerts me when someone is wanting to chat.
- Gist can capture emails, as it requests that users add their email.
- Gist notifies on their App as well as a notification for messages received. However, there is no audible alert, so messages are sometimes missed
- It an easy to use feature that prospective clients can use to communicate with us.
We swapped from Drift to ConvertFox (Now Gist), as they had more features.
