Overall Satisfaction with Gist

Gist is deployed on our website and allows different messaging on different pages.

Pros

  • Gist is a great Chat feature used on our site.
  • Gist Chat is customizable for different pages.
  • Gist alerts me when someone is wanting to chat.
  • Gist can capture emails, as it requests that users add their email.

Cons

  • Gist notifies on their App as well as a notification for messages received. However, there is no audible alert, so messages are sometimes missed
  • It an easy to use feature that prospective clients can use to communicate with us.
We swapped from Drift to ConvertFox (Now Gist), as they had more features.
I like Gist, as the Chat can be customized for different pages on our website.
