Gist has helped us put all our email marketing and website communications in one area. It's been very helpful to allow us to streamline our work, help our customers feel valued with instant support and brought cohesion internally to our team of expert marketing support members. It has really allowed us to be at a support management position and still effectively market to our potential customers.

I think adding more abilities in the mobile app would be helpful, I find some features needed that i can't easily access.
Template automations would be a great addition

LiveAgent

I love how Gist is more advanced in the UI and UX side. We were considering LiveAgent but Gist really is much easier to use and has a lot more features to it as well. It's been great to have a product that is constantly improving and evaluating how it can help its users better.

I have actually recommended Gist to a lot of my clients. It's been a great feature to add onto our list of support services we offer our clients. It's been amazing to see how receptive our clients have been and how much it has helped them in their own businesses as well as our own.
