Overall Satisfaction with Gist

We mainly use Gist as part of our Customer Support department. Although all of our employees have access to it, only a few need it. That is because we make most of our communication with clients via email, not via chat. With Gist, we mainly get to reply to about 50 chats per day, which helps us solve problems much faster and communicate live with our clients. Needless to say, this makes both us and them very satisfied with what Gist has been offering so far. 😊 Overall, we are very pleased with the purchase we made and we recommend it to everyone.

  • Some bugs appear when closing or snoozing chats so it doesn't happen properly

Intercom was pricy and less user-friendly in comparison to Gist. It did have a broader range of features that we could use in our plan. However, we didn't see any return of investment in having many features to choose from if the price was too high for what was being offered at the time. 😊
I think it provides great service and it becomes very simple to use after a couple of days of checking it daily. 😊 I think the only time I wouldn't recommend it is for conversation that doesn't need to happen live. However, the main reason we purchased Gist is for their live chatting features.
