Overall Satisfaction with Gist

We primarily use Gist as a live chat tool on our website and have received very high user engagement with it. We love that even if our users don't enter their email address, Gist is often able to identify the lead that has reached out to us; we [were also] [...] able to follow up with them directly through Gist. It's been a really helpful tool for turning leads into customers!

Gist is perfect for capturing leads through chat on your website, and it is great at managing email campaigns from those leads. I honestly haven't explored all of their features like forms, reports, knowledge base, etc. I could probably utilize [lots] more if I spent a bit more time with it.
