Overall Satisfaction with GiveSmart

GiveSmart is being used by one of my foundation clients to move their fundraising efforts to a virtual platform.
  • Customer service - the assigned CSM was exceptional in meeting with us, helping us problem solve, and assisting the night off when there was a tech issue
  • Easy to use dashboard
  • So many reporting capabilities
  • Removing "bid" information from raffle items - it was confusing for donors when they were just buying tickets
  • Scheduling text messages
  • Changing fonts
  • My client (family foundation) raised the same amount of money as the previous year's in-person event which was a win in our books!
Price was comparable, love the functionality and ease of use.
I thought the system was very user-friendly - I was able to do quite a bit of work in the tool before we ever met with the CSM. It was intuitive for me and others.
[My] CSM [...] was exceptional! He was so attentive and responded quickly. It was clearly watching the efforts in our account as we went along, always asking questions or calling out potential issues before we ever saw them. We could not have had a better experience with the CSM.
Very much so! The foundation will continue to tweak as the year progresses, but it is so easy to customize!
GiveSmart is well suited when an organization is looking to move to virtual fundraising efforts and wants to maintain ancillary fundraising options like raffles, 50/50, etc. It is also beneficial when an organization wants to develop multiple fundraising campaigns within a calendar year.
