Overall Satisfaction with GiveSmart

We use GiveSmart for large Fundraising campaigns and auctions across our organization. It has helped streamline how we run our annual auctions.
  • Costumer Service is now really great, We basically have a GiveSmart team member on our team during the duration of setting up and running a campaign.
  • Simplifies the Silent auction. No more in room bid sheets and management.
  • It has extended our reach to more donors who wouldn't usually be able to participate in our events.
  • Some sort of Image editing capabilities
  • A built in zoom-like option to link with donors
  • Better page building elements for design particularly within the individual sections
  • Ability to meet fundraising goals during a a difficult time such as Covid
  • Improved network reach
  • Improved internal efficiency
It's a simple user-friendly site but it lacks the bells and whistles that would make the overall layout and look of your site pop.
So, If I was asked this question when we first started using GiveSmart. It would have been a much lower rating however GiveSmart really cares about the user experience and actually fixed many of our concerns without us even having to mention them. Since we started our process for our Auction this year (our second large event with the GiveSmart) the service and support we have received has been impeccable. A direct point of contact that makes you feel like you are their only client.
Again this is an area I would love to see more added to but we have definitely made it work and created sleek layouts that match the aesthetic of our event.
Using GiveSmart for Annual Auctions has been a game-changer. regardless of if you are doing it fully virtual, in person, or a hybrid of both the structure and organization it creates allows our team to focus less on those types of details and more on our mission and making connections with our donors.
