Today, we use Gong to record every scheduled conference call that a sales rep has each day for coaching and messaging review.
- Converts the call into a transcript to better search for keywords.
- Represents the call visually so you don't have to listen to the entire call.
- Allows you to watch the WebEx as part of the call.
- It's in the works, but the main thing missing is a native mobile app.
- The ability to find messaging techniques used by reps that need to be fixed.
From what I can tell reporting is an area that could be improved.
