I don't know how we worked WITHOUT Gong.io!!!

Overall Satisfaction with Gong.io

Gong.io is currently used by our Sales and Client Success department. It's a tool that helps us with not only with call recordings, but allows us to gain insights on call details.
  • Tagging specific keywords in Gong.io
  • Being able to comment and leave feedback on calls
  • The transcripts it provides, although great, can be a bit better.
  • I don't have specific numbers, however, being able to dissect a call and see opportunities on where it could be improved would have a positive impact over time.

Gong.io is great for sales because it breaks down the call by specific topics and you can easily (and quickly) see how much it was talked about. Being able to leave feedback for a rep is extremely helpful. I also like that you can search for a specific topic on calls, get a transcript of the call within seconds of it ending, and look at an account and see a timeline of all of the communication that occurred.
