Overall Satisfaction with Gong.io

Gong is being used across our sales organization. Mainly in the business development area so that we can record our good qualifying calls and leverage that to see what works for future calls and also to show new hires. Aside from the BDR's, our sales directors utilize Gong to capture important information that they may have missed from our potential customers.

In software sales, sometimes you deal with very technical conversations and can miss a lot of important details on certain calls. I can rely on Gong to be my backup of information and notes just in case something slipped through. I also like to take advantage of creating my own folders in the library and saving my best calls.
