Overall Satisfaction with Gong.io
We record all of our calls and review them after the sales call is over. We use it for coaching and being able to figure out weaknesses and strengths in our sales pitches. It is nice for having a library of good and bad calls to illustrate different points. We also use it for training our new sales reps.
- You are able to leave notes at points in the call that you want.
- The recorder looks at my schedule and gets on the call and screen shares automatically
- Easy to find past calls.
- It has helped out sales team recognize strengths and weaknesses.
