Overall Satisfaction with Gong.io
We record all of our calls and review them after the sales call is over. We use it for coaching and being able to figure out weaknesses and strengths in our sales pitches. It is nice for having a library of good and bad calls to illustrate different points. We also use it for training our new sales reps.
