Overall Satisfaction with Gong.io
Gong has quickly turned out to be an invaluable product for me to help me understand how the key initiatives that we are implementing are being leveraged by our team. I also have the ability to review and find alerts for key conversations so we can better prepare for the next steps when we engage with a customer. Now that I am using Gong.io I am not sure how I could be effective without it.
- Alerting for key conversations.
- Help coach.
- Help us stay informed.
- Transcripts can be more accurate.
- Library could be more intuitive.
- The coaching feature is pretty hidden, and it took me some time to see the key metrics on the team.
- It has helped in allowing my team to truly stay on top of their game as they review, learn, and grow.
