Overall Satisfaction with Gong.io

Gong is being used in the sales organization at Workfront.
  • I can easily share snippets of long calls w/ customers.
  • I can learn from other colleague's calls knowing how I can make my calls better quality.
  • Be able to follow up on key action items that often go forgotten.
  • Saves time not having to find things in email or in a call history.

Gong has been able to give me much more visibility to the sales process as well as on what to follow up on key opportunities. Not only that, it allows me to share snippets of long calls with customers to show them something basic. It's been great to sharpen my personal saw seeing how successful others are with the customers they are working with and how I can leverage some of their best practices in my own account management. Gong is an amazing tool and would recommend to any organization looking to automate their sales process.
