Overall Satisfaction with Gong.io

Our sales teams uses Gong.io for all of its meetings. We use it for individual reps to record and search their calls, for personal improvement by reviewing your own calls, talk tracks, specific objections, and talk time. Our managers use it to share good calls and to provide training and help improve our sales org. As a rep, the transcript and search is a huge timesaver for me to stay on top of calls and be able to take applicable notes that evening at the opportunity level in our CRM.

  • Call breakdowns/bookmarks.
  • Sharing, comments, oversight for improving calls.
  • Haven't really adopted the deal tracking yet.
  • Personal rep helps me get to P Club. All that needs to be said. It is a huge driver of my deals.
Doesn't have downtime like Outreach.

Any sales organization that wants to improve ramp time and individual rep productivity and effectiveness. I find it the single best tool for honing my skills.
