Overall Satisfaction with Gong.io

Gong is being used with our sales team. Since it automatically records all our demos in Google Meet we have a complete record of everything making it very easy to share the call with the customer or our internal team. Gong allows us to watch/listen to any meeting we have, find keywords, look for next steps, and so much more. It REALLY makes the sales follow up process extremely easy. We also use it as a tool to train new employees.
  • Helps with customer follow up tasks.
  • Easy to search key topics/keywords in meetings.
  • User friendly.
  • Wish I could search by date vs scrolling through all the calls.
  • Sales have increased.

If you are in sales -- this is definitely a must-have tool. Great for training and even better to help your sales team remember "what exactly did we talk about? What was that specific question they had? What next steps did the customer need from me? What was their timeline again?"
