Overall Satisfaction with

Gong is vastly used within our business, specifically around our pre & post sales process. We use the tool to analyse trends and best practice to sales activities. Gong metrics truly determine the accuracy of deal forecasting and probability. I personally leverage from Gong insights to amend my potential sales approach for each opportunity.

  • Deal insights.
  • Competitor insights.
  • Buzz words.
  • Forecasting.
  • Identifying gaps in the sales process.
  • Training/best practice.
  • It doesn't recognise a next step further then 2 weeks away.
  • I personally don't always agree with the AI metrics for potential call improvements.
  • Identifying gaps in a sales process.
  • Training to avoid future/repeat mistakes.
I have never used anything quite like Gong personally.

Gong is the future of sales, especially living in a remote environment with calls taking place on applications such as Zoom. CRM simply isn't enough in todays world. Data is everything.
