Overall Satisfaction with Gong.io

We usually use Gong to listen to calls by the Sales team and the Customer Success team for training purposes and improving our processes.

Pros

  • Transcribes call so you can easily find the relevant parts easily.
  • Tags the calls with topics that were discussed in order to get statistics on topics that come up on calls.
  • Keep track of calls, who was on them and when, to get a general overview of the path the customer went through.

Cons

  • I would like Gong to become a complete solution for tracking customer journey, including integration to health measurements and project management tools.
  • It's hard to tell.
I don't really know of anything else that does what Gong does.

It's great to use good calls for training of new employees.
It's great for listening to random calls of the team to find areas for improvement.
