Overall Satisfaction with Gong.io
We usually use Gong to listen to calls by the Sales team and the Customer Success team for training purposes and improving our processes.
Pros
- Transcribes call so you can easily find the relevant parts easily.
- Tags the calls with topics that were discussed in order to get statistics on topics that come up on calls.
- Keep track of calls, who was on them and when, to get a general overview of the path the customer went through.
Cons
- I would like Gong to become a complete solution for tracking customer journey, including integration to health measurements and project management tools.
- It's hard to tell.
I don't really know of anything else that does what Gong does.
