Overall Satisfaction with Gong.io
Gong.io is a tool that is leveraged by our new business hunting team, growth team, and success teams. It has helped immensely with training and onboarding of new reps, especially while working remotely. It is also a great way to reference customer conversations to prepare for meetings, as you can go back and review what was said, re-listen to the customer's pain points, and be more prepared for your next call with the team.
- Recording and analyzing calls to look at metrics like talk ratio, key words, and response time
- Coaching and collaboration between rep and leader or rep and other teammates
- Tracking of deals and likelihood of closing based on emails sent, emails responded to, and calls had with the customer
- I wish the search function was stronger, making it easier to find old calls
- It would be cool if recorded calls could sync to CRM
- As an IC, it has helped me stay on top of specific pain points and initiatives for specific customers.
