Overall Satisfaction with

Our sales org and customer success team use gong. Primarily used for note-taking in meetings, and for rep coaching and feedback.
  • Points of interest are something I rely on as I revisit previous calls.
  • Stats are helpful too. I always look at my talk ratio, longest monologue, and patience rating.
  • Of course the recordings are the best, I review previous calls before every upcoming call.
  • Voice to text, i.e. transcription. That said, it's not bad at all.
  • Helps me be better prepared as a rep pre call.
  • Has increased my ability to improve my performance in shorter time.
  • Make recalling follow up deliverables a cinch.
Gong is the first tool of its kind I have used.

Gong is well suited for sales and customer success because of the customer-facing nature of those roles. Might be less appropriate for internal team who don't interact with customers.
