We are using it for our multiple sales channel organization to listen and coach phone calls, understand where in the sales cycle a deal truly is located, as well as help onboard new sellers.

Chorus was very slow to improve their platform. Their platform was not very user friendly, and wasn't easy to identify deals. It also only captured the information that they deemed it needed to capture. It became a check box instead of of a tool for our organization that didn't benefit us very much.
