Overall Satisfaction with Gong.io
[Gong.io] has been so helpful for our Customer Success Team! As a CSM it is so much easier to remember what action items I promised the customer. It has been super helpful for training and collaboration across the team. Lastly, it has also helped cross-departmental collaboration because I can use it to listen to sales call to make the transition smoother, to send the product team feature requests, and the support team bugs.
