Overall Satisfaction with Gong.io

[Gong.io] is a great resource for our team, as it is used to record important phone calls and drive efficiency across the follow-up process as well as additional metrics like transcript tracking and limited call sharing. Many of our users use it multiple times a day, and it's become the go-to product for our organization's call tracking needs.

  • I don't have a lot of critical feedback, but transcripts continuing to get more accurate and refining action items as a result would be a great future improvement.

Gong.io offers the most robust recording and analysis possible. It allows users to individually revisit calls and to also use those calls to interact with customers on a regular basis. Gong.io is our organization's choice product because it offers recording, tracking, analysis, and proactivity all in one central location.

Gong.io is very well suited to call tracking, call recording, and all of the follow-up details. It is not itself a CRM or a central database for client or contractual information, but it does provide the best infrastructure for tracking customer interactions and building a platform for future interactions. It is an ideal historical source for calls, and functionality in the last 10-12 months alone has continued to evolve and improve.
