Overall Satisfaction with Gong.io
Gong.io is an essential tool for sales organizations. It is a way for not only a manager to review and give feedback/coaching to their reps, but it also allows for peer-to-peer learning, self-learning, and faster onboarding of new reps. New features are being added that allow individual reps to keep on top of their pipeline to increase deals to closed-won.

Gong.io really is a well-supported tool for any sales organization. I frequently speak with sales leaders who are intrigued by Gong.io's tool being on our call. The only area I challenge or slight disregard within Gong.io's tool is the deal risk assessment. However, I can't fault them for this. I work a lot off of my cell phone, WhatsApp, etc. and their integration simply cannot capture that automatically.
