Overall Satisfaction with Gong.io
My company uses Gong.io internally to review recordings outbound calls, discovery calls, demos, customer success meetings. Additionally, my team works asynchronously, and Gong.io gives us a great opportunity to coach others on the tool on our own time.
Pros
- Providing analytics for key topics including: competitors, pain points, objections, etc.
- Transcript tool is the most accurate conversational analytics platform I have used in the past
- Communication between peers for coaching purposes is very clear and easy to use
- Automatically connects with Zoom for seamless recording experience
Cons
- Search functionality can be more refined
- Layout between screenshare and transcript would ideally be side by side
- Layout to view full sales cycle is a bit clunky
- Sometimes Gong.io can get confused when you change a calendar invite and might not join the call to record
- Communicative experience for asynchronous sales reps
- Recording transcripts
- Coaching functionality
- NA at my level
