Overall Satisfaction with

My company uses internally to review recordings outbound calls, discovery calls, demos, customer success meetings. Additionally, my team works asynchronously, and gives us a great opportunity to coach others on the tool on our own time.
  • Providing analytics for key topics including: competitors, pain points, objections, etc.
  • Transcript tool is the most accurate conversational analytics platform I have used in the past
  • Communication between peers for coaching purposes is very clear and easy to use
  • Automatically connects with Zoom for seamless recording experience
  • Search functionality can be more refined
  • Layout between screenshare and transcript would ideally be side by side
  • Layout to view full sales cycle is a bit clunky
  • Sometimes can get confused when you change a calendar invite and might not join the call to record
  • Communicative experience for asynchronous sales reps
  • Recording transcripts
  • Coaching functionality has offered a more user-friendly experience than has been functionality to connect with our team.

Because my company works asynchronously, it is imperative that we use a tool where we can communicate about the recording in a designated place. offers a solid "social" experience for sales reps who don't normally interact with each other.
