Overall Satisfaction with Google Analytics 360 (formerly Google Analytics Premium)

Google Analytics 360 helps our nonprofit organization really examine the way that we are interacting with our customers in our community at large. it’s really important for small nonprofits such as ours to be able to engage with our data and the way that we are affecting the folks that we serve.
  • Google Analytics 360 helps us look at our marketing from a bird’s eye view so that we can problem solve.
  • The software is great at helping us engage from a consumer’s viewpoint.
  • Google Analytics 360 works great with our existing Google Suite products.
  • It was a little complicated to integrate but once we spent some time with it, it was woven into our workflow.
  • The Analytics portion has a lot of firewalls that can make it hard to add multiple users seamlessly.
  • Noooo amount of Google customer support.
  • Organizing workflow and info for customer engagement.
  • Noticing and addressing holes in our engagement strategy.
  • Thinking holistically about our mission and how to best express it.
  • Our supporters and consumers love an easy experience - our website engagement has improved by 36% in our first year of implementing Google Analytics 360.
  • When they know that the website is well designed, they come back more often and we retain more supporters.
  • When we are easy to find, we inherently get more donations for our nonprofit.

it’s great for folks that already use Google Suite because it’s Well designed and easy to use just like all of Google’s products. If you have experience with one, you have a shared visual language in order to master another product. Its less appropriate if you need a lot of hand-holding in order to integrate software.
