Overall Satisfaction with Google Drive
I use Google Drive in almost every aspect of my business- document creation, spreadsheets, graphics, file sharing, file storage, customer contact, and more! Google drive has so many features- leaving virtually nothing that it can't do! It is also easily accessible from all devices and has a great mobile app. Where I used to have to use multiple software programs- such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.- now I can access them all in one place and share them very easily. It is also easy to recover previous versions of documents if needed and includes an affordable HIPAA compliant BAA.

- Honestly- I have no complaints and see no room for improvement!

Google Drive is preferable as it is more easily accessed across devices, allows for file sharing in a streamlined manner, and provides cloud storage.
