Overall Satisfaction with Google Drive

Google Drive is the preferred Cloud-based storage solution for me personally and my company"s documents, reports and etc. Through the use of Google Drive, I'm not only able to back up my company's document but I can also share and collaborate with various other stakeholders electronically and almost instantly.
  • Integration and back up of my data occurs seamlessly, I almost don't know Google drive is working in the background.
  • Storage is amazing I don't believe I will ever use all of the 15GB of storage. Basically, that means I can store and save lots of stuff until their statute of limitation passed and probably still have room for lots more.
  • Being in the cloud is a bonus. It means my data is accessible everywhere and any time once I have an Internet connection, I can take work home, share with my colleagues anywhere across the globe almost instantly.
  • File organization or categorization is easy I can easily create folders where I can store related file for easy retrieval.
  • The best thing about Google drive is the cloud storage and this also happens to be its greatest weakness for without an Internet connection it is of no help at all. You can't back up, you can't share. At that point it's basically useless.
  • Excellent return on Investment. Google Drive cost me nothing except my time and even there is not an expense.
  • It saves me money, considering I don't have to pay for this kind of storage. For a startup and a small business that means a lot.
I also use OneDrive from Microsoft as I also have a Windows phone and a Surface device and this integrated easily with my mobile document to my PC. However they can't in any way compare with Google Drive, first Google Drive have various apps which are also free and integrates easily with it e.g. Google Docs. Unlike OneDrive where I would have to purchase their word procession solution as an example.
How I have Google Drive installed to my system back up occurs instantly and in the background, if I update a document Google Drive immediately ask if I want to save the updated document and overwrite what I previously stored. This occurs without any prompt from me and that a 10 for me, however, there are times when it does lag a bit however this may be a fault of my Internet service provider and not the Google Drive service.
Its simple and easy to use with out a doubt.
Whether for personal, business or a student I believe Google Drive is the best option available for data storage and collaboration. There are free solutions offered by this service and it can easily be integrated on the desktop or your mobile using the app. As mentioned before Google Drive is the main (cloud-based) backup and storage solution used by me personally and my business.

Easy of access and integration was very important. I wanted a software solution which would not need my intervention to back up my data, It had to happen in the background and very quickly too
I would not change anything
