Overall Satisfaction with Google Forms
We use Google Forms for both sides of our organization. While we also use other software that is similar in terms of application, Google Forms is great as it is a free alternative that is always reliable. While the interface could be improved, the functionality is complete and it is easy to use.

- Integrated in the Google Suite.
- Design is lacking.
- Google Forms has allowed us to easily track and analyze data from our events.
- It has saved us money as it is a great overall tool.
From my usage, functionality has been very similar in terms of creating different surveys. Typeform is definitely more attractive in terms of overall design, and also has a good balance of function and usability. However, data reporting is more seamless with Google Forms so we definitely find it better for more applications.
