Overall Satisfaction with Google Forms
Google Forms is used in many ways at my company. For my specific team we use it to capture new hire information. It helps us to gather the information we need to create a more streamlined and personal onboarding experience. We also use it to collect travel information so that we can build travel profiles for our new hires upon their start date.
- It's easy to set up and manage.
- It's simple for the user to fill out the form, I never get any questions or confusion on their end.
- It's easy for my whole team to manage and make changes, we like the collaboration aspect.
- I do question how secure the forms are at times, we have to be careful what information we collect with these forms.
- Google Forms helps us streamline in a couple of different areas, therefore, saves us time and money.
- It provide a better experience for our new hires, which is invaluable.
It's a great free tool, we do use Typeform to collect certain information and Google Forms for others. It depends on what we are collecting and from who we are collecting it. Typeform has a really clean user interface which we like, but doesn't work for everything we need it to. Google Forms solves a lot of the problems we need in a simple way.
