Google Forms is used across our district to collect data on a variety of things by our staff, students, and community. We can push out surveys on professional development, collect valuable information from parents, assess students on learning, and poll users for anonymous opinions. Using Google Forms allows us to digitally collect information instead of using paper, extending our reach to a larger population and easily providing data and analytics from responses in an organized manner.
