Overall Satisfaction with Google Forms
We use this across the whole organization. I deal with at least 100 separate videos every day, many of which come from a litany of video providers. So, our bookkeepers can get synced up with my efforts, all they have to do is look at my tracking sheet via Google Forms and instantly know what clips I've used.
- Easily filters data into easy to decipher data
- Design is very easy, which is good if you need something good looking fast
- Versatile layout lets me put in entry points which can funnel my data down even further
- Design improvement - while it can provide something good, I want a form that looks great. But there are limited font choices and design is just adequate
- It just makes things simpler. Before using Google Forms, I would have to sit and manually compile all data from multiple sources into one single sheet. But, if I send out a Google Form and ask for data from co-workers, they can take care of things on their end, then send their responses, easily compiling all I need into one form.
- I have a good amount of time where I don't have to deal with clerical issues anymore. Forms reduces that by helping me automate that funnel.
I chose Google Forms because a) the cost and b) the versatility. It's a free product (provided that you have a Google account). Automatically, I'm more inclined to use it because I have to minimize costs where I can. Couple this with a layout that is impossibly easy to use. I don't have any inclination to look around because it serves my needs perfectly.
