Improve data efficiency and customization through Google Forms

Google Forms can really go a long way when you want controlled data collection in onboarding or employee management. It allows you to control responses and guide the user experience based on their responses to previous questions. For example, we onboard employees of different nationalities where work permit requirements vary based on their nationality. So we have created various onboarding forms for our incoming employees to complete. As they answer each question, the information and follow-up questions they see are tailored specifically to their situations. It makes it much easier for them to understand their specific requirements rather receiving a huge handbook that they then have to go into and fish for the information they need.
