Overall Satisfaction with Google Forms
Google forms is used in Expereo (worldwide telecommunications company) mostly to quickly and easily create documents and surveys for events, asking our employees questions about their interests, tastes, issues or whatever the survey is about.
We also use it regularly to complete the menu for each week, as we hire a company which provides catering for every lunch for every employee. So everyone chooses from a list and completes their menu for next week.

- Quickly create surveys.
- It's free.
- Many users can access the documents and edit it at the same time.
- Easy to use.
- Limitations on image sizes or spreadsheets.
- Limited design features.
- Helps minimize time for planning and have a better use of it.
- Helps democratize some decisions that might be difficult to take (if everyone had to speak their minds).
- Employees might feel it's too impersonal if an opinion is requested.
Google Forms is free and easy to use. You only need a google account, which most people have. Using SurveyMonkey or any other survey software or app requires registration and a new interface. Google Forms makes it really easy and friendly to use.
It probably has lots of features, but what I can assure is that if you want to keep it simple, it's the best tool you can use.
