Overall Satisfaction with Google Forms
I use Google Forms on daily basis. My entire sales team uses it to share documents, track progress towards monthly sales goals, tracking of leads, etc.
- I find the ability to track updates on various documents in REAL TIME. Changes [are] seen as they happen.
- I love that I can be on a conference call, or be in the middle of training an employee, and they're able to follow my changes/edits as they occur.
- No refreshing, etc. necessary to have access to the most up to date versions of key documents
- I store all my training documents and various templates within Google document & sheets.
- Lack of editing options becomes very frustrating at times
- [Inability] to change font size is debilitating
- I wish it was easier to save docs and sheets to [a] hard drive
- Solid ROI
- Improved efficiency
Multiple proprietary tools, which have all paled in comparison to Google Forms. Google Forms have now become the GOLD standard in the workplace, as well as my wife's school. Google tools are basically universal and well known.
