Overall Satisfaction with Google Forms

We use Google Forms to create a class schedule and see if anyone wants to add it. We have a lot of staff with different schedules, so it helps coordinate everyone's schedules. I also use it for my volunteer mentorship to look up the student's essays and classes. So it helps us stay updated on their progress.

  • It keeps everyone's info in one place.
It is a pretty simple interface, and since I have a Google email, it is easier to access. I've used other forms, but they are not as easy to use. Also, it is accessible to multiple people at once. This makes it easier to get everyone on the same page.
I haven't used that many other form applications before unless they were standalone applications like Microsoft Word. I used this program, and it was ok, but it requires a paid subscription, and someone renews it yearly. This can be too complicated for some users, such as older people and clients.

Yes

Google Forms is suited to getting everyone's information rather than emailing or texting back and forth. Its also a good way to save our staff bios and essential info. It is less appropriate if there is a more complex issue with the organization or something that requires an in-person discussion.
