Overall Satisfaction with Google Hangouts Chat
We use chats equivalent to text messages. I would like to implement more use akin to Slack organization and appreciate the robust functions of Chat for that. I am also interested in using bots to automate certain functions. I appreciate that Chat is available in Gmail as well as the standalone app.

- I would like to see end to end encryption
- Ease the learning curve
- Make rooms more easily available from Gmail
- Part of our package, allows us to instant message without extra cost
- More features than I use, but more that I should be using
I don't use Teams internally so as an outside user I find Google Chat easier to use and integrate into our overall software.
