Overall Satisfaction with Google Optimize

Our organization is using Google Optimize to conduct basic A/B testing experiments and to personalize experiences based on various attributes. Google Optimize allows any user to easily create experiences without having to have very technical skill sets. For some other tools we've used, that wasn't the case.
  • Easy interface for anyone to use
  • Integrates with Google Analytics
  • Easy setup with Google Tag Manager or on its own
  • Built-in reporting so you don't have to use Google Analytics
  • Increase limits for the free version
  • Add ability to work for mobile apps
  • Google Optimize 360 (paid version) saves money compared to most other competitors
  • Training costs are lowered because of good documentation and resources
  • Saves money because Google integrates well with third-party applications
Adobe Target is extremely powerful and provides features Google Optimize does not, but Adobe Target is also more expensive and harder to use. Google Optimize could benefit by offering basic built-in reporting so it doesn't require Google Analytics events.
Google has always been known to make easy-to-use products. The Google Optimize interface is intuitive and easy to follow for anyone.
Google has well-documented resources and unlimited use cases that can be found online. Plus, their support is always helpful and available.

The free version of Google Optimize is a no brainer for anyone running Google Analytics on their website (which should be everyone).
