Overall Satisfaction with Google Sheets

Track financial, operational and staff data. Import .csv .exl files from different CRM system where Google Sheets provides the ability to clean it once imported, it is an excellent feature to analyze, be able to visualize in its different ways for decision making across different departments such as sales, leads, success rate, return of investment and areas of opportunities.

  • Add Dashboard option creation directly in Google Sheets for more interactive reports

  • Historical data tracking information for decision making
  • Ability to have restricted access to different reports, within the company and for external partners as needed
  • Real time edit in Google Sheets for efficiency across different departments
Improvements have been made through different updates and feedback provided; it is easy to use for different types of users. From Data Analytics positions to mid-level users until not too tech savvy users that can interact with reports or data already filtered for information needed to perform each induvial tasks in their departments.
Ability to work in real time and different users with access to the files can see updates immediately. Also, comments can be added and assigned in the file that simplifies communication instead of sending different emails that sometimes track can be lost. In addition, if needed, the work offline option is available in case of an outage there's no delay while working on the file.

Importing data from our CRM that allows us to keep an additional track and create different types of reports not every CRM gives that adapts to the business needs. It creates easy report creation ability to provide information without company sensitive information for our partners and internal teams like marketing to create different strategies in social media.
