I primarily use Google Slides within my organization to create sales presentations. We use sales presentations to provide prospects with more information about our company and to describe our services and pricing. Since we show it to clients on sales calls, we use our presentations to convert leads into full-time paying clients.

Usability

Google Slides is very easy to log into and immediately create a presentation. It’s also very easy to use when you want to share or collaborate with team members because it's part of the Google suite of products. It also has easy-to-use functionality for starting a presentation in a browser.

Alternatives Considered

Microsoft Powerpoint and Canva

Google Slides has a much simpler format and is much easier to access and share than the others. For the others to be useful, you have to pay for them, and they’re still not as user-friendly. The only one that is similar is Canva. Where a may lead is with the templates it offers, but again, you have to pay for them.
