Overall Satisfaction with Google Voice
I have used Google Voice in both my current role and in my past role. The ability to be able to forward calls to Google Voice and change where they ring has been fantastic. As a school with multiple campuses and summer closures, we have been able to forward phones and receive voicemails regardless of which campus we are located. The ability to forward voice messages has been amazing in being able to get it to the right person in a busy front office.
