Overall Satisfaction with Google Voice

I wanted to streamline customers to a phone line and voicemail that was NOT my personal line. Google Voice allowed me to have a separate phone number and voicemail and only use ONE phone device.

Pros

  • Call Forwarding
  • Visual Voicemail
  • Accessibility on multiple platforms

Cons

  • Ability to disguise or change the into when a call comes in.
  • Cost effectiveness
Google voice suits businesses starting off or businesses that will remain small scale. Once a company escalates and begins to grow I am not sure how google voice will function and meet all expectations.
