Overall Satisfaction with Google Voice
Google voice allows us to easily check messages as with the awesome features of transcribed voicemail! A great way to combine all company calls into one voicemail. Helpful when using the conference call feature as well. You can really streamline any business by claiming a local number to have clients call freeing up your personal device information. You can use Wifi to make calls which helps in the situation if you have little to no service.
- Recording of incoming calls for notes purposes.
- You can use this to make international calls via wifi if you are traveling for business out of the country.
- There are many servicecs that Google Voice has including transcribed voicemail, conference calling, and separate voicemails for different incoming numbers.
- Dropped calls if Wifi connection is weak
- Google to non google numbers limit character texts
- Only incoming calls may be recorded.
- I believe this product has a positive impact on the customer service levels I am providing.
- This product add value to my ability to screen calls from imperative to non emergency calls.
