Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Google voice so each employee has a dedicated number to use on marketing materials. It makes it easy to integrate with an existing phone, so there is no need for expensive equipment. It also allows us to have a professional number that can be kept separate from the personal numbers of each employee.

Alternatives Considered

I've used in-house systems at other agencies and they went down all the time, were not reliable and were extremely expensive.

Support Rating

I haven't had much luck getting questions answered about technical issues unless I am able to find something in the online support forums. There's no easy way to just reach out to GV for support.
